Anaphylaxis is defined as hypersensitivity that involves the interaction of humoral antibodies of the IgE class with mast cells and basophils, which are scattered throughout the body.

I am currently undertaking many research projects across the u.s.
One that has catched my intrest, next to astro-ecological(terra forming) research and astro-biological research, is mechanism for anaphylaxis.

(Note I am not a medical doctor, I am a Ph.D certified astro-biologist with a masters in micro-biology)

Some of my subjects show symptoms of Anaphylactic shock, cutaneous anaphylaxis, hives, asthema(some forms), hayfever and drug allergies. Odly some show transfusion reactions and Rh incompatibility, which suggest Cytotoxic reactions. This combination of type one and type two hypersensitivity have not been recorded.

Any Theories?

Hypography?

Hypography [n.]: A combination of "hyperlink" and "bibliography" - ie, a list of links to electronic documents. Comparable to discography and bibliography, but not cartography.

When we launched in May 2000, we wanted to create a site to share science-related content of all kinds on the web. As time passed, our site turned into a pure science forum with lots of cool people.

So we kept the name Hypography and the cool science forum community - and aim to be a friendly place for discussion of science topics of all kinds.
