New Theory Of Relativity [Nwobu's Effect]

I WILL BE GLAD TO EXPLAIN FURTHER TO SOMEBODY WHO MAY FIND ANY PART OF THE THEORY DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND.

NWOBU’S EFFECTS

Nwobu’s effect is an optical theory of relativity that explains the principle of physical observation. It occurs when observing moving bodies, like airplane at a very high altitude, and makes the observer to see the plane to be moving AS THOUGH its speed is decreasing as it moves away from a stationary observer and vice-versa. The Slow motion of the moon across the sky is caused by Nwobu’s Effect. It is responsible for the opposite motion of the road-side trees as seen by a person in a fast moving car. It is also used to explain the reduction in the size of an object (e.g. trees at a very far distance, plane at high altitude, point-like size of the stars on the sky etc) as seen by an observer, especially, when the object is moving away and vice-versa. I observed this phenomenon and started solving it mathematically but it latter, turned out to be a Special Theory Of Relativity. NOTE: for the above example, time is actually what varies and not speed.

THOUGHT EXPERIMENT

we are all aware that objects visible to our eyes are visible because reflected or emitted light rays from those objects enter our eyes.

It takes light 8 minutes to travel from the sun to us here on earth and since our observation of events are possible only when light from those event go into our eyes, it therefore implies that any events which happens on the sun and we see it, is actually an events which took place 8 minutes ago and this difference in the time-conclusion of the earth and sun observer is not because of relative motion or because of constancy of light speed or any other cause but because of the delay in our perception of the exact time of occurrence of events caused by light signal as a result of the fact that there is a distance of separation between the observer and the event which the light signal must cover in order to inform the observer about the time of occurrence of the event. Observation of our early world is possible.

Imaging two observers, who are on the earth and on the sun respectively such that both of them forms a straight line, say, ABC, where A and C are the two endings of the straight line and B is the middle of the straight line. let us take that the earth observer is at point A and the sun observer at point B and that for some minutes, the distance AB is constant throughout the time of this thought experiment, and that the sun observer is provided with a source of light which he will use to release light pulse for this thought experiment in the direction BC.

From the above, if an observer on the sun should release light pulse and note that he released the light pulse at 8:00am, a similar observer on earth will say that the light pulse was release at 8:08am because it takes light signal 8mins to relay the signal of the event of the solar observer to the observer on earth. If the sun and earth observer now set out to measure the time for the light pulse to travel a distance BC, everybody can agree that the observer on the sun switches on his clock and starts measurement at 8:00am whereas the observer on the earth switches on his clock and starts measurements on that same light pulse at 8:08am, which is the time he receives the signal that the light pulse has been released.

A well thinking reader can easily believe that the observer on the earth starts his time recording at the time when the released light pulse has traveled a distance, say one-fifth of BC, which is equivalent to the distance BA, from the sun to the earth, as a result of the fact that the signal stimulating the earth observer about the time of release of the light pulse, delayed by amount time equal to the distance BA divided by the speed of the light signal, whereas the observer on the sun starts time recording approximately at the time when the light pulse was emitted.

Let us consider their conclusion at the end of motion of the light pulse. Let us take that the light pulse has it own way to time its motion either by possession of invisible clock or any other natural means. Assigning a clock to the light pulse means that the light pulse also switched on its clock at its point of release by the sun observer and at the same 8:00am as the sun observer. At the end of the motion of light pulse at point C, the light pulse switches off its clock at the exact time, say 8:20am. To the observer on the sun for him to know that the light pulse has come to rest, he requires a light signal to travel from the final point, C, of motion of the light pulse to his point B (Sun’s Surface). This means that the sun observer exceeded in his time recording by the amount equal to time for light signal to travel from final position C of the emitted light pulse to the point B of the sun observer.

To the earth observer, when the light pulse stops motion he didn’t stop his clock but left it reading until a light signal travel from the final position C of light pulse to point A of earth observer. Therefore the earth observer exceeded in his time recording by the amount of time equal to time for light signal to travel from the final position C of light pulse to the point A of earth observer. The above thought experiment shows that all clocks in the universe have the same rate of ticking, since the difference in their measured time is caused by NWOBU’S EFFECT(delay in reception of time of occurrence of an event )and not because of relative motion or constancy of speed of light.

It can also be seen that the best frame that describes the motion of the light pulse is the frame of the light pulse. This is because it is only the light pulse that measures the absolute value of its motion properties while other observers measure values affected by “Nwobu’s Effects (optical effect).” The frame of the sun observer is better compared to the frame of the earth observer in measuring the time of motion of the light pulse in this particular thought experiment, because the value of time measured by the sun observer is less affected by Nwobu's Effect (optical effect). In conclusion, “Absolute motion is detectable”, that is, some frames ARE BETTER than others (not equivalent). This is contrary to Einstein’s first postulate of special relativity.

Einstein’s diagram of light pulse in a moving spaceship outside the earth shows that the path of the light pulse as seen by an earth observer is a diagonal while as seen by observer in the moving spaceship is a straight line.

What caused this difference in the path of light pulse as observed by earth observer and spaceship observer is simply Optical Illusion. The actual part of the light pulse is a straight line in both frames. Einstein believed that the path of the light pulse should not be the same because his first postulate of special relativity says that absolute motion is NOT detectable. This first postulate is what I showed above to be WRONG using a thought experiment and if that is the case, then we can easily believe that the difference in paths of light as observed by different frames is not real but just an optical illusion. The above thought experiment and it's prediction may seem nothing to a shallow minded reader but in it, is contained a great volume of knowledge that will in the course of time stand to correct many of the other theories we have around us.

MY NWOBU'S EFFECT MADE THE BELOW PREDICTIONS AND I HAVE PROVIDED A MATHEMATICAL PROOF FOR EACH PREDICTION:

1. The speed of any matter (e.g. Ball, Light, Spaceship etc) as measured by different inertial frames of references has the same value.

2. Some matters (Nwobian Matters) can travel at speed greater than speed of light.

3. Absolute motion is detectable, that is, some frames are better than others in measurements of physical quantities

4. All clocks in the universe have the same rate of ticking despite the state of motion.

5. The absolute (real) length of a body as measured by different inertial frames remains constant as the body travels away or towards those frames.

6. We cannot see a body traveling at speed equal or greater than the speed of light until it is receding from us except we get another matter with speed greater than lights speed that can stimulate the retina of our eyes.

7. A body traveling at speed of light has a ring of light produced around it.

8. Between two or more inertial reference frames, an event which is present tense to one frame may not be present tense to other frames but may be past or future tense to other frames but in all, they are all related to one another through the equations of Nwobu’s Effect.

9. Optical observation of our past time/world and its mathematical estimation is perfectly possible.

10. The future is not optically visible but is mathematically solvable.

11. Relative motion/velocity is not the cause of relativity (variation in the magnitude of a physical quantity as measured by different frames). When the distance between the point of emission of the first light signal at the star of motion and the point of emission of the last light signal at the end of motion, is equal to a number x, but not zero, relativity occurs , provided that the motion did not occur so as to cancel each other.

FURTHER EXPLANATION

For the sake of easier understanding by any interested reader I have compiled the below explanation of some of the predictions of my theory. Number 1, 8, 9 and 10;

I will firstly define time as the physical factor that relates one event to another and it also binds the past, present and the future together. In the absence of an optical effect [Nwobu’s effect], every observer's clock will agree with one another, that is, every observer will obtain an absolute time. Nwobu’s effect is a trick nature plays on human just the way nature makes the sky to appear as though the stars are stuck on it as seen at night. It is an error in our accuracy of perception of how events take place and is responsible for the illusive reduction in the speed of a car traveling as seen by another car approaching from the behind.

1. Imagine a ray of light emitted by the sun in a certain direction and this ray travels a distance of c per second. Now imagine the sun hurling an Object after this ray of light, so that it moves through space in the same direction as the ray of light with a velocity of 1,000 kilometers per second. This is easy to imagine. Now we might as well select this ejected object as a reference body and ask: what is the velocity of propagating light when judged by an observer who does not sit on the sun, but on the ejected object?

The answer seems simple. if everybody will believe that the speed of light should appear the same to both the sun and the object, then I see no reason why somebody will disagree that the speed of an apple released in the same manner as the light ray, should differ as observed by either the sun or the frame of the box. The Michelson-Morley experiment which could not detect any relative velocity of light with respect to either ether or the earth is simply telling us that velocity is an absolute factor. “The velocity of any matter is same as seen by every frame.” in the above i don't mean that apple has a particular speed at which it travels but i mean that for every particular experiment it travels at a particular speed, that the different frames observing it's motion will record same velocity.

It is the assumption that if speed is constant and distance is increasing, then it means that time runs differently in some frames than it does in some others that made most of us to believe that a moving clock ticks differently from a stationary clock which is not true. It is an optical effect [Nwobu’s effect] of magnitude equal to the distance traveled by the event being observed divided by the speed of light that causes the clock of an observer who is some distances away from the event to record a greater time than the time recorded by the frame of the event. This is due to inaccuracy on the perception power of the far away observer and as a result we tend to observe a difference in the time of clock in a moving frame and the clock which is not moving. The event is the motion or action being timed or measured.

therefore the reason why "when different observers compare clocks they don't agree, as in the simple example above with the light-clock" is because an optical effect [Nwobu’s effect] which is measured in seconds adds to the time of the far away observer as in you example, such that when the far away observer records an increasing distance at constant speed, the extra time added by Nwobu’s effect to the time, the far away observer would ordinarily measure, balances the equation of increasing time and distance at constant speed.

8. when a man wakes up from bed and open his eyes and sees his radio set, what the man sees is the image of his real radio set that existed some seconds ago just as when we are conversing with somebody and the person speaks a word, what you hear is a sound created some seconds ago, which to the speaker is already a past tense whereas to you, it will be future tense when the sound is coming to you and present tense when the sound arrives to you and past tense when the sound leaves you. The reason for the difference in the conclusion of the tense of time of an event is simply from the mechanism of perception of an event by human and the same will be the case even when any of the above observers is in motion with respect to the other. In conclusion, every event we see in the universe is a past tensed event. The only way we can view an event in its present tense is to have our distance with respect to the event reduced to zero or by becoming the event itself. Only the body performing motion can give 100% accurate its motion property and only such body is an absolute frame. The above is the origin of my number 8 prediction.

9. Reverberation or echo is a simple example and daily life experience of observing our past world as many times as we want. if a man hears a sound and the sound reflects and move into the far distance, such a person can travel at supersonic speed and meet the sound and hear it again and can do that as many times as he wants. the same applies to somebody who just see a lightening flash, the person can see the lightening flash once again by traveling at a speed greater than that of light in the direction of the light rays that carries the image of the lightening and see the lightening again just as he did see it in the first place and can do that as many times as he wants. If the set of rays that contain the video of our childhood for example, has not been destroyed and we know the direction where it went to, one can travel at speed greater than that of light and meet up with the rays and see how his childhood was once again. If a human is not able to travel at the speed greater than the speed of light, it is because of his weakness and not that nature has forbidden him from doing so. And my theory predicts no limit in the speed a matter can achieve. I am not discussing Doppler’s Effect but I am discussing an instance in sound wave where my theory also holds well and would predict same result as Doppler Effect would do for sound. "the above may seem more like a toy story but I was very much amazed to find out that the true definition of time is hidden in it" the number 9 prediction came from the above discussion.''

The tense i.e. present, past or future of an event as perceived by an observer depends on the observer distance with respect to the event. if the observer is zero distance from the event when the event is happening, then the event will be present to the observer. The reason is because the light signal that will inform your eyes will get to you in just at the exact time when the event is taking place as a result of the fact that the light signal will have no distance or time to travel in order to relay the information about the tense of the event to you. That is the reason why I wrote previously that". In conclusion, every event we see in the universe is a past tensed event. The only way we can view an event in its present tense is to have our distance with respect to the event reduced to zero or by becoming the event itself. Only the an event or body performing motion can give 100% accurate its motion property like distance, wavelength ,or frequency or time and only such body is an absolute frame"

10. Optical observation of our future is not possible but the mathematical estimation is possible. By that I mean that we cannot see the future with our eyes. Light rays are what carry the image of any event that takes place and when an even has not been created, it means that there are no rays of such event created also. If a nova explodes in the far deep space and an observer happens to stand nearby the nova, the observer can estimate what the future of the event will look like to an observer on earth, if he has knowledge of his distance with respect to the earth observer. The above explanation is the only way time travel can occurs in the universe.. By the term "future", I mean events which have not taken place any where in the universe. We recognize that an event has occurred when photons of light of such event gets to us. For example, if you fail to say "hello somebody", nobody will by any means say that you said "hello somebody" because the event saying "hello" has not been created any where in the universe by you. it is only when you have said "hello" and your "hello" gets to people's ears that they will now begin to conclude that "hello " was said, of which at then it is no more a future but an event that has occurred some where in the universe. if a nova explosion occur in the far deep space and the signal has not yet reached an earth observer, to the observer of the nova explosion, he can calculate the future of the nova explosion as it will appear in the frame of the earth observer while to the earth observer, he will never see the future of the nova explosion as it appeared in the frame of the nova until he receives the signal of the nova of which at that instance, it is no more a future.

I will post more explanation of my theory soon because I have seen that some people do not find it easy understanding what the theory is all about and how it is a theory of relativity.

I think you should start over with your ABCs... :)

If A is on the Earth and B is on the Sun then where is C? Because you said that B was in the middle of a straight line and that the sun observer was at B. So if B shined a light at BC then A would never see it. (opposite direction)

B)

thanks for the reply. the experiment can still be done even at a distance seperation of 10cm between A and B and i believe that in that case, the observer will know when the light pulse at B is released. also a car or even a rolling ball can still take the position of the light pulse and the though experiment will still yield same result. i used such a far distance because of the popular 8mins separation of AB and not because it is the only condition for the experiment to hold. thanks

I do not agree this, the echo is not the "old sound", it is new sound all the time when time progress forward. Sound waves changes constantly during its passage towards to your ear. Air as a media causes friction to sound waves and reduces high notes amplitudes faster that the low notes. Reflections from surfaces are changing its amplitude depending in which space time it is during the recording/acknowledgement of the sound and related to the reflective surfaces. So it is never "same sound vibration" which started from the initial source and it is changed constantly from the original sound wave vibrations due "time moves forward".

From my current understanding time direction cannot be reversed, "one" can go only faster or slower to the future compared to another object by travelling faster or slower though space-time.

For some reason laws of nature do not allow “going back”, only direction “forward” is allowed as events are concerned?

@VOX; thanks for the reply,

you wrote; I do not agree this,

does it mean that you agree with all the other aspects of the theory except the one talking about reverberation?

since you believe that the sound is not the echo you hear, now can you answer my question which is; can an echo exist in the absence of a sound? definitely no!!! can an ash exist in the absence of a burning charcoal? definitely No!!! the sound is the same as the echo but due to its interaction with its environment, its properties like amplitude changes because it loses energy. that a sound has lost energy does not mean it is now different from the first sound that gave rise to it because without the first sound, the echo would not exist. therefore the echo is the old sound.

i posted an essay titled "time dilation" and i hope it will help you for now until i post an essay on time travel and everything relating to time.

i will post a discuss about the future and the past soon so that you may know the truth. do you know that the future of a burning charcoal is ash?

can you tell me what you will see when you go to the future of an event, for example, a burning charcoal?

i will like to hear soon from you.

thanks for the reply.

hugh.
