Any Ancient Civilizations Without Writing?

Considering all the civilizations that have ever been, has there ever existed any without some form of writing or mathematics? (Mayan, Incan, Aztec, Chinese, Hindu, Egyptian, Greek, Roman, Sumerian etc.)
