dad drove mostly mercs and had a town car when he passed, and i've owned a couple mercs. i had a park lane back in the '70s (with a "breeze-way") and one of my boys & i have a 60's caliente rusting away under a cover waitin' for us to get her back on the road. just need to bleed the brakes, throw in a battery and set the timing, but you know how life gets in the way ...

i can't say i ever had any affinity for one brand over another. i bought the truck because i needed a vehicle. i redid the body & painted it a dark poly-blue (a 1977 lincoln continental color if i recall), bumbers & headlight trim white, white spoke wheels, 10" tires in back & 8" in front. took it where 4-wheelers wouldn't go. lol fell asleep at the wheel & ramme...

lol i had something similar with a '59 chevy ste-side that i put 10" rear meats on. not wanting to cut out the fenders (on account of not knowing how or having fundage to have someone else like you do it) i put on a set of air shocks & pumped her up when i needed to. loved that truck...long story for another time....

Hypography?

Hypography [n.]: A combination of "hyperlink" and "bibliography" - ie, a list of links to electronic documents. Comparable to discography and bibliography, but not cartography.

When we launched in May 2000, we wanted to create a site to share science-related content of all kinds on the web. As time passed, our site turned into a pure science forum with lots of cool people.

So we kept the name Hypography and the cool science forum community - and aim to be a friendly place for discussion of science topics of all kinds.
