Could earth end up like venus from global warming?
06 October 2005 - 08:53 AM
If we don't stop global warming, could our earth end up like the planet Venus?
Venus has surface temperature of 900 degrees, which would evaporate the oceans, and kill all life on earth. -
Are we a product of quantum evolution?
28 September 2005 - 10:29 PM
Could it be that an advanced civilization is going to visit earth and find us in the future.
If we visited a dead planet on a distant star, by the time we get there, there will be a type 1 or type 2 civilization waiting. The reason we evolved whereby life selected for advanced civilizations is because an advanced civilization is on its way to earth.
We are products from the future is a sort of 2nd law of quantum, that is for every action, an equal and opposite action occurs in a quantum universe. - Maybe we are that reaction from a type 3 civilization.
"quantum ripples observed by the COBE satellite may have been created from the far future, in a cosmic scale loop in time by an ultra-advanced intelligence, quite possibly evolved from us."
As one theorist predicts: "If it works as the equations predict, it would be possible to build a kind of quantum telescope that probes the future just as a classical telescope probes the past. - In which case our future is being viewed by this advanced civilization. This is why we would be important enough to visit by a type 3 civization. -
Alien visitation

"John Von Neumann hypothesized that sufficiently advanced extraterrestrial civilizations would be capable of constructing artificially intelligent robot probes to scour the universe."
"These intelligent Von Neumann probes would also be capable of universal replication. They would be programmed to utilize whatever elements they encountered in their travels to fabricate endless copies of themselves. After a long enough period of time had elapsed, the galaxies would be teeming with them." - If so, then as Fermi famous comment: "where are they?"
We should have found evidence on earth the moon, and mars if these Von Neumann probes ever happended.
"Lack of evidence does not mean no evidence," However, we may be being visited from other times dimensions be these probes. Which may account for the 5% of unidentified UFO incidents. -
Is our universe smaller then we may think?
09 March 2005 - 08:17 PM
We only know what we can observe. So is it possible that our universe is like a "house of mirrors" where our 2 dimensional universe has curves interwoven into space time, so it appears that we live in a 3 dimension + time universe?

A "strange string of galaxies 300 million light-year long that defy current theories about the evolution of the universe shortly after the Big Bang." These galazies are about 10 billion light years away. - The point being that there would not be enough time to create these galaxies in this short period of time from the Big Bang.

This time problem may indicate that the universe as we observe it may be folded from a 2 dimensional universe, and much smaller then we think. -

I was wondering how the 2-split theory could be demostrated in class, However, the student would need to bring a machine gun to class.

Is it possible to use a common laser with 2 slits to demostrate this quantum experiment in class?
