If it is a tell-tale sign that something is wrong with them, then I think that the States should reconsider to what point a mentally ill person should get the chair. Look, this is a tricky subject to talk about because we don't know everything yet about the human mind. Greetings from a friendly goat-lover. I accidently stumbled upon this science forums, for I was trying to getinto scienceforums.net. Never knew there was a .com version. Accident or not, it would be a fallacy to judge this forum website before getting to know this community. So as of now, my feelings are half-full half-empty (or as some have stated before, the glass in not the right size). I will look forward to spending my time in this scienceforum ... for now.
