and Salutations. Don't remember exactly how I found the site I am sure it was on one of the 47 tabs I have open here. I've actually been coming and reading for a while; just only now introducing myself. As you can tell from my sn I am indeed a baker (Pastry chef) I deal proteins. I am much more in to the science than the art. Love this place ... I am a sponge when it comes to knowledge, (poriferans scientia). Thanks to everyone fot making this place as great as it is.
