Not half- but whole! Posted May 2, 2008 Report Posted May 2, 2008 Life of Agony Depressive music is great for working! Sounds paradoxal, but try it and you'll see! Happy music usually annoys me, no matter my mood. Right now listening to Morphine- Cure for Pain Quote
Moontanman Posted May 2, 2008 Report Posted May 2, 2008 Sadly, Rhapsody only has the first two, no "Desire walks on", so I have yet to hear Voodoo Doll. :) Nonetheless, I'm rocking out to Heart. (Magic Man) I knew one young lady, a Heart fan, who I was on intimate terms with, that told me I was the Magic Man.... Of course I married her and that was 31 wonderful years ago!;) Quote
InfiniteNow Posted May 2, 2008 Report Posted May 2, 2008 Happy music usually annoys me, no matter my mood. Yeah, I've been going through a bit of a punk kick myself, lately. YouTube - NOFX - Re-Gaining Unconsciousness http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gU5gA6IcIpk&feature=related First they put away the dealers, keep our kids safe and off the street. Then they put away the prostitutes, keep married men cloistered at home. Then they shooed away the bums, then they beat and bashed the queers, turned away asylum-seekers, fed us suspicions and fears. We didn´t raise our voice,we didn´t make a fuss. It´s funny there was no one left to noticewhen they came for us.Looks like witches are in season, you better fly your flag and be awareof anyone who might fit the description, diversity is now our biggest fear. Now with our conversations tappedand our differences exposed, how ya supposed to love your neighborwith our minds and curtains closed? We used to worry ´bout big brother, now we got a big father and an even bigger muther. And still you believethis aristocracy gives a **** about you. They put the mock in demockracyand you swallowed every hook. The sad truth is you would ratherfollow the school into the netcuz swimming alone at sea is not the kind of freedom you actually want.So go back to your crib and suck on a titgo bask in the warmth of your diaper. You´re sitting in **** and piss while sucking a huge pacifier,a country of adult infants.A legion of mental midgetsall regaining their unconsciousness Quote

The whole CD is great! I'm listening to "The Love Mongers" right now, a cover of Led Zepplin's "Battle of Evermore" Love Mongers are Anne and Nancy Wilson!;) Quote

Buffy Posted May 3, 2008 Report Posted May 3, 2008 Okay, so y'all want depressing, here ya go: YouTube - Warm Leatherette http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pWL4C7JbOw8 We used to joke when this song came out that it could easily replace "Red Asphalt" and if you're really into gore, some wag combined the song with clips from a bunch of driver's ed films and it can easily be searched for on YouTube. This is the "PG-13" version so we can keep this place safe for women and children. Hear the crushing steel, feel the steering wheel, Buffy Quote

Boerseun Posted May 3, 2008 Author Report Posted May 3, 2008 My PC fan living though the painful last few hours of what's left of its life. It really sounds like it hurts. I'm going to have to put the little trooper out of his misery, and soon, too. I think I'll take it behind the barn, very gently, of course. Reassure it about the future, and life in general. And then, when the little guy's not looking, a quick shot behind the head. Yeah. It'll be for the best. Quote
