Macracosm......immutable, and permanetly electrical......the fabric of our universe is composed of only-theorized-constructs exisiting to support influences of obvious cosmic proportion.....Therefore, is it not feasible that electricity is the foundation conception for the exisitence of our cosmos?....Allow me at any rate-even if in opposition to the conception itself-ask for your opinion and inturn debate upon our conjoined whim.

Really hard to tell what you're trying to get at with all those $2 words, but um, Electroweak forces are everything except for gravity right now, an who knows, maybe we'll unify those two too someday soon! So the answer would be "yes!" But the followup question would be, "why is that important?"
