For instance, I'll draw on posterboard or something the sentence, or poem, and I'll keep it up there until it's imprinted in my psyche.My walls are fluttering pages and mandalas.Sheet music and poetry. That way I can memorize it, tear it down, and then I have a new brain and more outward space to work with.
