how very white of you

Are you referring to the color of my skin, the genre of my being?

Yes, I'm a white boy. American. Irish.

What's your point?

I play guitar like fire and my skin is but a shadow.

Sometimes I'm invisible and there's a phosphorescent glow streaming all throughout me like a jelly fish. Those are my favorite times.

Back on topic, I have some ideas already forming. Orby, if you want some input, then PM me, otherwise, let's get it going. :)

Can you tell I'm anxious!? :hihi:

Ok...

I was doing a little jamming earlier and I came up with a nice jazzy-blues progression:

C7

F*

G*-F*

C7-B7

{repeat}

[*=(F+Bb+D+Ab), with G* a whole step above for all notes]

Either way, the chord progression's jivin'.

Wanna record some rhythm to a specific tempo (ya know, use a metranome)

and send it to me so I can:

Add more guitar tracks,

add drums, bass (unless you want to do that too?)

And whatever else . . I'm pretty

psychedelic when it comes to

Or maybe you just want to make your own intro?

And I can build off of it ?

And then maybe I can make a pre intro?

And we have total freedom over everything ?! :)

What do you think?

Let's skip the intro for now and focus on the skeleton.

I'll record the chords tomorrow. They have a certain flow...

The recording should serve as a good entry point for the jazz soloists that abound.

Total freedom is inherent! :hihi:

Where's that rhythm at? :)

Would your room mate record some jivin' bass to it?

I'm leaving work in a matter of minutes and will record it first thing when I get home. If he's not playing a gig tonight I'll have my roomate record too. I'm planning on making it very basic and will probably just record twelve bars and loop that since this will mostly be about solos on top of the base.
