Got it. Strappin' in... it plays in Windows player, & I seem to be able to open WaveStudio at the same time. I can't test to see if I record while listening as people are sleeping; will try later. Following along at a turtle's pace.

Shweeet! Say, Freezy said something about converting the mp3 to wav so it would load in my WaveStudio, but I don't think I have the software he mentioned & I can't add anything new to this machine. Can you attach a .wav version too? (if it's not too big, or if it is maybe it would fit in the Gallery?) Thnx.

Sorry I've been amiss...

I reuploaded the original file as it mysteriously shrunk itself on my server, but I see orb beat me to it. I will upload a wav version tonight but it will be a large download (approx 20MB).

 

I like your idea, orb, about extending it....kinda like a mixed tape of sorts ;)

Got it; it loads and plays in my Creative Wave Studio :) (only soundware I have; came with machine/SoundBlaster card). As soon as I finish some errands, I'm going to make a concerted effort to find where my roomy stashed the Cuervo. :D I want bourban, I want Scotch, I want beer; time to get gassed.

I'm throwing back a few beers myself.

I plan on working on some music tonight, but there is a fine line with the booze for me, a sweet spot if you will. My timing must be immaculate.

It's not avant guarde, or even modern, but I made up a tune.

It seems to me it would make a good theme song for Hypography.

Bravo on the revival!

 

I'll work on some drums for this, shouldn't be too hard.

What I would recommend is taking the drum track and redoing the whistle part to the drum track as the timing is a little off in parts.

 

I should be able to have something worked out by tonight. :)
