lazo.alex Posted March 19, 2007 Report Posted March 19, 2007 Hello everyone. I was wondering if someone could help me get some names of a few pharmaceutical vademecums softwares. You know, the kind you can find on-line or use in your pc, or install in your poket PC or Palm. I've been told these are quite good to have around once you start your rotations as a medical student. Thanks! Quote
CraigD Posted March 20, 2007 Report Posted March 20, 2007 I know a few docs who have "epocrates" on their Palms, though it's technically a policy violation in their partnership, due to the fear that they’ll rely on them for stuff like interactions, for which they’re not adequate nor intended (Having given them all Palm Treo’s a couple of years ago, making sure our docs don’t get into trouble with them has become a multi-person effort). Because the basic versions are free, they’re a good deal for non-clinicians, and, in my limited experience, better than the free pharmacy references available on the internet. Quote
