InternationalSpaceAgency Posted April 16, 2007 Author Report Posted April 16, 2007 If you are really an Administrator of this forum, be very careful with your hateful and untrue slander! I assure you, I am ligit, and you sir are being an real @#$! My user name represents an interest and effort of merit! Having a user name about being a hooker is crude, and rude, especially for a forum that is supposed to be about science, technology, and philosophy! I find your attacks unwarranted, and very rude and unprofessional! Would you act like that at your employer or at a scientific event with professionals and people of merit! I am feeling very welcomed by the local brown shirt mob! Is that how you welcome new people here to your community?? Hmm? Wow, how low can you sink. Well, with a name like yours you must be a spammer, so watch yourself. Quote

Tormod Posted April 16, 2007 Report Posted April 16, 2007 I assume ESA, and likely ESTEC there in Oslo! No, and no. And ESTEC is in the Netherlands, which is geographically and politically very much *not* Norway. Turtle 1 Quote

Buffy Posted April 16, 2007 Report Posted April 16, 2007 I just want to clarify: my crew and my ship are not affiliated with the ISA. TBD - Captain of the ProphesyBe careful, by saying this you may be committing *slander* against the ISA! And most of their executive team are lawyers! As your attorney I advise you to drive extremely fast and we'll sort out the details later, :doh:Buffy Quote
Europa Posted April 17, 2007 Report Posted April 17, 2007 ISAHmmmm, are you related to NASA(Never A Straight Answer)? I mean no offense, it is just that xenosociobiologist(like myself) limit there exposure to companies that may render there findings.:D Quote
Jegroeg Posted April 17, 2007 Report Posted April 17, 2007 Does DORK still have a negative connotation these days? Quote
Europa Posted April 17, 2007 Report Posted April 17, 2007 Does DORK still have a negative connotation these days? Why, psychoanalytically, when we feel inferior do we blame others? We degrade them, taunt them, and in the end we make generalizations with out any proof that is beyond the realm of our inferiority. I just want you to know, that your attitude only degrades science not me. Quote
TheBigDog Posted April 18, 2007 Report Posted April 18, 2007 Does DORK still have a negative connotation these days?I will remind you that I am the CAPTAIN of the Prophesy. If I were just a redshirt working is engineering then dork might apply. But I am the CAPTAIN. Quote

Boerseun Posted April 18, 2007 Report Posted April 18, 2007 "DORK" actually means "Friend" on Magrathea. So, if someone greets you and say "Hello dork", don't shoot him. He might simply be a friendly Magrathean. If, however, he doesn't have two heads and four arms, feel free to fire away. But then it's also interesting to note that "Dork" actually means "whale penis". I kid you not. So it's up to you to decide whether it's an insult or not. Quote
