I have a workout routine but I don't think my diet is up to snuff... :) Can anyone here tell me what kind of dietary supplements I should use and possibly what kind of protien shake to get? :shrug: There's a GNC by my house and a Vitamin Shop. :lol: Taste does matter, IMAMONKEY!
