Thank you for so consistently leading by example, and espousing the patience and calm shown only by the best of teachers. Your contributions here have impacted my knowledge and understanding on a whole plethera of topics for the better, and by no means am I the only one here who has benefited in such a way from your participation.

Nothing but the best. Enjoy your day mate.

Thanks, everyone. :) This is my second birthday w/ my extended family at Hypography. Allow me to share a birthday image.

Like many 10-year-olds, I rank occasions by the quantity and quality of the booty, er… gifts received. #47 is close to the top on that scale. Here’s my current haul:

A Wii - still, I hear, hard to find, and as cool or cooler than I’d expected based on Bill’s and other’s reports. Everybody knows what a Wii looks like, so I’ll spare the bandwidth;

An E-flight Blade CX helicopter. That’s it and its LiPo battery in front of the remnants of my wife’s fantastically good cherry chocolate cake. She got me an indoor only HX-232 helicopter for XMass 16 months ago, and decided I was due an upgrade :)

Notice a bit missing from the tips of a couple or rotor blades. Though very easy to fly for as RC helicopter go, that didn’t stop me from hooking the skids on some dandelion stems and seeing what happens when rotors at speed meet ground, about 10 minutes after I felt confident enough to do more than practice hovering over a concrete pad. Fortunately, new blades are about $1 each – I’ll be stocking up ASAP.

I’ve one child to go, and am hoping for comics from him...
