Great wall of Iapetus

Not quite, but there seems to be a giant ridge along a good portion of the equator of this Saturn moon. Roughly 20 km wide and at least 1300 km long, this ridge is yet to be explained by scientists as to its origin. Links to more info and pictures:

Fantastic, isn't it, how nature manage to surprise us again and again. We simply must send spacecrafts to Uranus and Neptune as well! As Carl Sagan said, "Somewhere, something incredible is waiting to be known."

It's a bit like an easter egg. Two shells of chocolate filled with goodies and then clumsily fitted together. Ok, so you take a damp cloth and smooth the crack a tad, then you decorate with craters.
