I am a permaculture designer working in the hospitality industry designing organic vegetable gardens, orgnic garden restaurants, and at the moment I am building a carbon neutral hotel room on Ko Kut island in Thailand - my interests are essentially plants, composting, muclhes, terra preta, natural building, green roofs, renewable energy, biofiltration etc.
