I am not sure if thats how you spell it or not. I was wondering if anyone knew anything about the process. I am new to it and I am trying to complete my knowledge of the concept.

Heres what I have been exposed to so far.

That it begins with the defining of the absolute ideal self followed by the becoming of a person more like that. For me I had a very clear sensation of reincarnation over a period of time..sort of like coming back to my full senses..it began a process of realisation.

I was wondering if anyone else had been through anything like that so that we might be able to compare notes and cross check our relative placements in the process. I found that a commitment to all I say and do being perfectly true and in harmony sped up the process..not so much for anybody else just as a challenge to myself to find a perfect resolve again.

i dont know about "reincarnation" but as far as having an "ideal self" and psychologically working oneself to that "ideal self" is something that every single human being does. from the time that we are born our minds and personalities begin to take shape and after time we start to become more and more aware of our ability to shape and mold our minds and bodys to fit the cast that we have made for ourselves. usually this cast is ever morphing and changing, and we are always attempting to manipulate our minds further to continue to fill it. now, i am but the ripe old age of 19 but i would hypothisize that as we get older more and more mannerisms and beliefs get "set in stone" and become more habit rather than conscious thought. and we all know that habit is more difficult to adjust and change. as far as i am concerned, the more "ok" we are with ourselves, the more enlightened we feel that we become. it almost feels like enlightenment doesnt have so much to do with god as it does with confidence.

"the enlightened one is all knowing and at one with peace and existance"

"wow, then must be pretty convincing..." :hihi:
