Proof of parallel universe theory?

just had a thought about ABC's and other OOPA's as well as Chapacubra's, Bigffoot etc., Apports, mysterious disappearances, like the farmer walking across an open field in America, during the last century and possibly the case of the person walking out into the snow and their footsteps stopping dead, plus the case of the man suddenly appearing in a New York street, dressed as from the last century, not to mention all the odd falls of stuff out of clear blue skies. Could they and other related phenomena indicate as some have presumed, that a parallel universe exists and we have leak through from it? (Think of the Dr Who serial, The War Games and how separate periods of time co-existed).

 

Could it also explain precognition and slight variations in events? (Not our world but theirs but connected strongly enough that the same weakness, leads to the same events: Dr Who episode about drilling into the Earth's core and its aftereffects for our world and a parallel one). Think of it as listening through a wall to events next door - powerful but not your life, even if it's a variation on it (ghosts too).
