Tormod Posted January 20, 2005 Report Posted January 20, 2005 Heard this at the office today: If you yelled for 8 years, 7 months and 6 days you would have produced enough sound energy to heat one cup of coffee.(Hardly seems worth it.) If you farted consistently for 6 years and 9 months, enough gas is produced to create the energy of an atomic bomb. (Now that's more like it!) :hihi: Quote
Turtle Posted January 20, 2005 Report Posted January 20, 2005 If you waited to start farting until you yelled a couple years, and then continued both, you could have coffee with your bomb. :hihi: Quote

Fishteacher73 Posted January 20, 2005 Report Posted January 20, 2005 Wasn't there some research that concluded that one of the major factors in the increasing amount of green-house gases was from "bovine emissions"? Quote

Yes, you are right the bovine metan-gas emissions are one of the major factors of green house effect. This is seriuos! I used for a research I had to write about the environmental impact of fast food chains. You google and you'll find it (if I remeber the study was my the statal environment agency of the US, forgot the actual name, wrote this research 5 years ago). Quote
