I found Hypography while doing a search about the six-cycle combustion-steam engine of a Mr. Bruce Crower. I am an older, independent researcher and inventor who is mostly self-taught. This does have one advantage in that it allows me to readily think outside of the box, if necessary.

There are a couple of old sayings which I appreciate. One is: "When there is a will, there is a way." The other is: "Nothing is impossible. The impossible just takes a little longer." As our knowledge keeps increasing, things that were formerly thought to be impossible have now become a reality.

My primary interests are in alternative energy. One of my main interests is in environmental-friendly and cost-effective methods for fueling and powering the numberous internal combustion engines which exist in our world. I believe in being consumer-friendly, while we work to produce products which help clean up the environment.

I believe that combustion-steam technology may be one of the best things we have going for us, for use in improving the many IC engines now in use. I believe this technology can also help solve our energy and environmental woes, especially when combined with the use of clean-burning syngas. I am always looking for others who have similar beliefs and interests.

I do have a website which gives details on the project which I have been working toward since 1980. Yes, it is for a combustion-steam engine. But it uses a combined-cycle configuration, instead of six strokes. I will do my best not to be a spambot with this information. :hihi:

Welcome Kase. Have you ever toured the gas-fired Vancouver power plant down on River Road? Fascinating bit of combustion+steam engineering. The engineers tell me the scariest part is firing it up.:doh::D Welcome aboard. :cup: :hihi:

Life has been a bit busy lately. B) A belated thank you for the welcomes.

Turtle: thanks. I have not toured the gas-fired Vancouver power plant on River Road. When things work out, I'll have to take a look at it. B)

DougF, Interesting quote from Benjamin Franklin. :eek_big: Does that go along with the old saying: "He that is about to speak the truth, must have one foot in the stirrup?" :D

Roger. Take your time. :) I'm not sure if they give tours of any kind any more. I went when they had an open house just prior to bringing the plant online. :P

It's a lot like that, and a Little like this.

Art, like morality, consists of drawing the line somewhere.

G. K. Chesterton (1874 - 1936)

He that would live in peace and at ease, must not speak all he knows nor judge all he sees.

Benjamin Franklin
