gracias amigo it's only going to get funkier.

 

I'm having the hardest time learning how to make the bass punchy and fat.

After days of tweaking compression ratios and sending the original source through numerous square and sine LFO's...that's the best I could do.

It's still so muddy it pisses me off.

The final sqwawk is sick dude. :Alien: I'm a newbie at editing video, but I finally jumped in a few days ago. 7 minutes 3 seconds is more than I think it is. :eek:

That final squawk is me. It's stretched out a bit though to give it that grainy electronic texture.

I've always wanted someone to make videos for my music. (And I've always wanted to make music to movies!!)

If you ever want to collaborate, you can just jive on my mixes

or you can tell me what kind of music you want and give me one of your vids.

I can import videos into Pro Tools (my music editing software)

But I don't know anything about video production.

I am totally set up and ready to learn/produce/experiment.

It's really all I do nowadays.

 

P.s. I saw Tormod lurking this thread. What do you think? I'd love your opinion.

My roomy recently bought Adobe movie software and it's got so much stuff it's scary. It has several audio tracks, but so far haven't played with it much. I tried downloading your piece but I either didn't do it right or lost it.

I found it! Listening again monkey dancer. :( I haven't learned to edit stills into animations yet, but I have read some on it in the manual. Yes, I read the manual. :cat:

Man that is precisely "what it's all about."

I know I say this all the time, but it was one of the most profound experience of my life.

The reason I am so in love with this kind of music (mine's no where near as good) called psytrance is because it DOES something to me. To a lot of people.

Combine it with huge speakers, tons of amazing people, and a string tied to my finger with 3 LED's (with variable rates/frequencies. White, blue, green)

and you've got an out of body experience.

It's been a year since this happened to me and I havn't been able to achieve such magick since.

There's a trance in dance.

There's a trance in music.

There's a trance in gazing.

And I guess when Orbsycli combines the three he just flies away.

It was so weird watching me down there with all the people,

my body was still moving. My lights still twirling.

It's like having a planet, an orb, rhythmically attached.

 

It makes me feel like I am . . on to something . .
