Just a big hello from me. I joined this forum because of the Steve Fossett ordeal, and what I have noticed in most media outlets... No one that I know of has suggested that Steve may have had a heart attack while flying. That would explain a whole hell of a lot, considering he has a GPS-enabled watch which was never activated, and the fact that he is in his 60's and not exactly in the best of shape.

Please, think about it. If he had a heart attack while flying - no S.O.S., no nothing.

Oh, and may I mention? If he was stunt flying for fun, the G-force would have forced blood from the heart (upper body) to the legs, further exacerbating an existing heart condition, if he had one.
