Puma Posted September 26, 2007 Report Posted September 26, 2007 Hello everyone. My name is Maria O., and I'm an 18-year-old, full-time college student. I plan on transferring to university within the next year or so as a kinesiology major (with an emphasis on health, exercise, and nutrition). So of course, I'm having to take a ton of science courses which include biology, organic chemistry, anatomy, physiology, etc. I'm definitely using this place as a tool to expand my knowledge tenfold. Other than school, I am a gym rat and have been lifting weights for a few years now. I have also just recently taken a huge interest in astronomy, and seeing how this forum covers that topic as well as many others convinced me further into signing up. I've been a very frequent poster on the BodyBuilding.com forums for 2 years, but it's full of rude meatheads; so I think I'll enjoy this intelligent community. Thank you for reading. Quote
Buffy Posted September 26, 2007 Report Posted September 26, 2007 I'm pretty sure we're not meatheads--12803 maybe--and we try very hard not to be rude (hey guys, I said "try!")... You might even find some folks here who are interested in astro-kinesiology! Have fun!Buffy Quote
