Wanna learn more about relativity!

Hi everyone!

I'm an undergraduate student in physics and I'm taking a class about SR now. It' s so much fun, and I'm trying to search through the library and internet for good books/articles about some specific areas in relativity. I found this forum through google and thought I could try it out. Maybe there are some people here for discussions about relativity and sharing useful links?

English isn't my first language but I'll try my best to make you understand, you might have to use a little imagination sometimes :naughty:

If you look in the physics board, you'll find a thread called Relativity+ written by Farsight. He's written a wonderful paper which, literally, throws new light on the whole thing. I found it wonderful and am currently 'testing' his book version on my son, who is really enjoying it.

I'd watch out though- Farsight's ideas are speculative, and not accepted science.

 

And Lynx, there are several people here that would love to discuss relativity. You can search through the old threads in physics if you want to get some idea of what people have discussed here.
