In the Jan '08 issue of PopSci, they give some links to some good sites for creative projects using your pictures. I figured I'd share them with the Hypo community. :hihi:

1. Make a comic strip - Creating Comic strips from your photos will allow you to create comic strips from your pics, even allowing you to add speech bubbles and various "virtual accessories" such as glasses etc.

2. Make a mosaic - Welcome to mosaickr - Create mosaics from flickr pictures allows you to transform one of your pics into a composite made up of other pics. You can use your own pictures or link to flickr for random, automated generation.

3. Make a coloring book - fototiller is a tutorial that allows you to create outlines for coloring out of any picture. (photoshop required, but you may be able to make it work with another comparable app)

4. Make a wallpaper - Block Posters - Create large wall posters from any image for free! allows you to print as many 8.5 x 11 tiles as necessary to create a giant composite image suited for hanging as a poster.

5. Make a icing image for a cake - (this one is weird) Icing Images sells edible photo picture cake decorating printers - imaging supplies - edible inks - icing sheets - cake art allows you to generate edible (?) icing sheets that you can customize and slap on a cake of your choice.

Enjoy! ;)
