Csejthe Posted January 21, 2008 Report Posted January 21, 2008 Hello there everyone. I consider myself a skeptic and an atheist. I enjoy the old philosophicaldebate every so often and have a great interest in all things science, psychological, musical and medically-related. Seems like there are some good discussion going on here, and hopefullyI will be involved in some of them! (hides his flame-thrower) :eek_big: Keep well! Hendrik aka Csejthe Boerseun 1 Quote

Csejthe Posted January 23, 2008 Author Report Posted January 23, 2008 Hahaha, I was under the impression that most atheists are altruists. I shall attempt to root out this evil atheist and question them about this! Just for interests sake, I noticed you spell the word "sceptic" with a "c". For some strange reason I can never quite shake the feeling that it should be pronounced "septic" when spelled with a "c". Right, enough rambling! Thanks for the welcome guys/gals! Quote

Mercedes Benzene Posted January 23, 2008 Report Posted January 23, 2008 I agree. Sceptic looks like it should be pronounced "septic"... like a septic tank. ;) Anyway, welcome to Hypography! I hope you find it enjoyable. Quote
Csejthe Posted January 23, 2008 Author Report Posted January 23, 2008 Hahaha! Michaelangelica, I am quite aware of the differences in spelling and meaning, I was merely making an observation. ;) But thanks for clarifying it for any would be linguistically challenged forum surfers! So far, so good! Thanks, Mercedes. Quote
