pompom Posted March 9, 2008 Report Posted March 9, 2008 I've returned to learning late in life at 41 having just started a physical science degree...I'm hoping I'm not the only ancient so and so on this forum! Quote
alexander Posted March 10, 2008 Report Posted March 10, 2008 You are not ancient, there are people with Ph D s and masters here, who have taught in schools and universities and have graduated them before i was even born, or was in project. Intelligence knows no age, stupidity does :P What are your hobbies, interests, goals in life, etc? Welcome to Hypography, the only place you know where people still remember horse carriages and oil lamp lighting, yet they discuss quantum mechanics and position proximity equations... Quote
pompom Posted March 14, 2008 Author Report Posted March 14, 2008 Hi Alexander goals at the moment are just to grind through the compulsory bit of chemistry I'm having to study and look forward to never having to identify a functional group or write a balanced equation again! In the long run though I'm not entirely sure as its such a change of direction for me...yourself? Quote
