Sharks are neither good or bad, they are simply what they are, oceanic scavengers and predators. The key is not to get in the water where a big one is feeding. They do not hunt people or anything else in particular, they just hunt and eat what they find. Just don't be found:doh:

No doubt cars kill far more than sharks, yet we don't destroy every car we find. Sharks are just a convenient whipping boy for all our fears of the unexpected.
