Ganoderma Posted May 23, 2008 Report Posted May 23, 2008 lets count by how many pots of plants you have. maybe there are 10 plants in one pot, but it only counts as one. so how many pots of *LIVING* plants do you have? this means not plastic or dead :( ARGGGGGG option 9 is meant to be *41*-100 not 4-100....stupid me Quote
theblackalchemist Posted May 25, 2008 Report Posted May 25, 2008 I have currently 46 pots of plants.though majority of pots own 2 or more than two plants:) TBA Quote

theblackalchemist Posted May 26, 2008 Report Posted May 26, 2008 hmmm.hard to rememberi remember a few likeroses, basil, shoeflower ..Gee..i really dont know the english names. coz i dont care, they have to live, flourish, bloom, and be healthy. the problem is i have a poor (---:>> read pathetic, hopeless, puking) internet speed of a 100kbps, and i cant afford to upload pics of my plants.unless i can stay logged in for a few dozens of weeks.Anywayi know that this was not helpful, but hey little pods of seeds make a mighty plant :shrug:TBA Quote
theblackalchemist Posted May 26, 2008 Report Posted May 26, 2008 O my gosh!!sorry i tought potted plants that were outside, out on the terrace also count.inside i have only 1 potted plant though sadly :shrug:TBA Quote
sanctus Posted May 26, 2008 Report Posted May 26, 2008 I have 6 plants, two are my favorite:1) It is no more the mother-plant, but one of the small ones that the plant always makes which then live 10 years...I have this plant since I was a kid and got it from my parents and don't know how long they kept them before I got them. I would love to have them with me all my life. 2) I hac a great (small but great you know what I mean) cactus and eventually it died so I put the pot with the dead cactus on the balcony. After a while things sstarted growing transported in the pot by the air. No idea what the plant is now but it is really beautiful! Quote
Ganoderma Posted May 26, 2008 Author Report Posted May 26, 2008 ya just indoor plants :) in the home. sanctus, sounds great. what is the plant you speak of? Quote
sanctus Posted May 26, 2008 Report Posted May 26, 2008 Well I will have to post a picture...and you tell me.But it has to wait a little while since my girlfriend has the camera and is away until next week. Quote
sanctus Posted May 26, 2008 Report Posted May 26, 2008 A little search on the net made me find it: the plant I have since tens of years is called spider plant, a nicer name than the latin one. A picture can be found here:Chlorophytum comosum - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia For the one which came on its own I have no idea how to find it... Quote
Ganoderma Posted May 27, 2008 Author Report Posted May 27, 2008 ahh a classic! i remember way back when visiting my uncles house with my father (3 day drive north!) and he said these plants "eat the smoke" (he was a smoker)..hooked ever since! i love how they send down runners, looks amazing as a hanger! good choice my man!
