One of my all time favorite songs, The Sounds of Silence, Simon and Garfunkle.

 

Don't know southern rock? Leonard Skinner, Allman Brothers, Charlie Daniels band, ZZ Top, Little Texas, Commander Cody and the Lost Planet Airmen, Bad Company, Bob Segar and the Silver Bullet Band, Outlaws, REO Speed Wagon, Foghat, the list is long and famous!

That first line sounds familiar, but the rest doesn't. :shrug:
