Turtle Posted February 10, 2005 Report Posted February 10, 2005 At precisely 5:05 PM PST, today, I made a drawing on a sheet of card stock. I then scanned it & placed it in a drawer. Your challenge in this experiment is to submit your drawings of your impression of my drawing. I will post my scan on St. Valentine's Day in this thread. We shall see what we shall see. :)
alxian Posted February 10, 2005 Report Posted February 10, 2005 its a picture of josef stalin.. in order for this to work under ideal conditions, we should be placed in sensory deprivation environments. have a general location for you and basic training in remote viewing, not the least of which would be a test for predisposition to this ability (or should i say supposed ability).
Queso Posted February 10, 2005 Report Posted February 10, 2005 psssh! come on! the clues totally gave it away. :)
Tormod Posted February 10, 2005 Report Posted February 10, 2005 How do you find all this great topic ideas! Anyway, this one was easy. Just hand over that billion dollar check to me!
Freethinker Posted February 10, 2005 Report Posted February 10, 2005 OK, what am I doing wrong? I can not get the image to appear. I've done this here before.
Freethinker Posted February 10, 2005 Report Posted February 10, 2005 Hahaha. It does not appear in preview. But does when posted!?!
Tormod Posted February 10, 2005 Report Posted February 10, 2005 Yes. :) Thumbnails of images are created after you post the message.
Tormod Posted February 10, 2005 Report Posted February 10, 2005 Your challenge in this experiment is to submit your drawings of your impression of my drawing. Ahhh....my *impression* of your drawing. I thought I was supposed to just copy it. :) Hm...okay then...should I draw a stickman or a Vitruvian man...hm...
Buffy Posted February 10, 2005 Report Posted February 10, 2005 Ahhh....my *impression* of your drawing. I thought I was supposed to just copy it. :)Its crude rendering shows creativeness, intelligence and flair, while its robust lines and monochromatic hues convey a feeling of bold certainty in an uncertain world. Am I getting warmer? Cheers,Buffy
Turtle Posted February 10, 2005 Author Report Posted February 10, 2005 Now you have it Tormod! I should add that if anyone wants to write out a description, that's as good as a drawing. :)
alxian Posted February 10, 2005 Report Posted February 10, 2005 OH... you are phishing for compliments.. on a work you may not have actually completed..
Turtle Posted February 11, 2005 Author Report Posted February 11, 2005 Absolutely not! This is strictly an experiment in metaphysics. Again, I made the drawing & you all are to try & divine what it is. Whether by your own drawing or verbal description, you are to reproduce my drawing.
Crim Posted February 11, 2005 Report Posted February 11, 2005 If I get this, I'm playin' the lottery. I certainly won't be competing in any art contests though.
OpenMind5 Posted February 11, 2005 Report Posted February 11, 2005 I see, wait...its coming to me....see, For some reason i see a fish, a special fish. Op5
