Pyrotex Posted June 27, 2008 Report Posted June 27, 2008 ...The question is, how does a photon accelerate?...The photon does not and can not accelerate. It comes into existence traveling at the maximum velocity possible in our Space-Time matrix. Photon do not exist traveling at any other speed. They are a unique particle unlike all the other particles that carry mass. You cannot apply the laws of "massive" particles to photons. Acceleration applies only to massive particles. Quote
rudeonline Posted July 2, 2008 Author Report Posted July 2, 2008 Maybe this video can make my idea clear why photons don't accelerate. YouTube - Speed of time.. http://nl.youtube.com/watch?v=6Kff8EBJ3Qo Quote
