But then how do they freeze sperm if it cant be kept in water...?:S They don't put it in pure water to freeze it, if they mix it with anything it must be mixed with a saline solution equal to the saline from the human body. I'm really not sure about the exact process they use to store sperm but I am sure it doesn't involve mixing it with regular water. Quote
