Hello. I suppose this is where I have to place my first post to gain access elsewhere. Interesting. I was kind of hoping to make my first post inconspicuously and making a bunch of them quickly. Ha, I guess thats not going to happen.

 

I am a pastry chef, mixologist, progressing food scientist and thought that maybe between this site and another that involves my culinary conversations I can tie the knot between the two getting better understanding of organic chemistry.

 

Should be fun.
