Buffy Posted November 14, 2008 Report Posted November 14, 2008 "Quantum of Solace" is opening this weekend in the states, after having already made $200M in Europe... We so loved the last one, that we're standing in line tomorrow...even though we really don't think Daniel Craig is the best Bond... SO vote for your favorite Bond! No Mr. Bond, I expect you to die! :shrug:Buffy Quote
freeztar Posted November 14, 2008 Report Posted November 14, 2008 Definitely Roger Moore...I look forward to the new one as well, but I'll wait for the DVD. Quote
Moontanman Posted November 14, 2008 Report Posted November 14, 2008 Buffy Buffy Buffy, we both know there was only one real James Bond, Sean Connery is James Bond! Quote
Thunderbird Posted November 14, 2008 Report Posted November 14, 2008 Definitely Roger Moore...I look forward to the new one as well, but I'll wait for the DVD.What!!!! he's a big wussy. Sean Connery would kick Rodger Moore's ***. I like the new one also. Quote
Buffy Posted November 14, 2008 Author Report Posted November 14, 2008 Moon, Moon, Moon, we know that Mr. Connery is the "real" James Bond, but David Niven was still the *best*! It's depressing that the words "secret agent" have become synonymous with "sex maniac," :shrug:Buffy Quote
freeztar Posted November 14, 2008 Report Posted November 14, 2008 What!!!! he's a big wussy. Sean Connery would kick Rodger Moore's ***. I like the new one also. I hear that a lot. It seems I'm the only person on the planet that likes Moore the best. Quote

It seems I'm the only person on the planet that likes Moore the best. Moore was cool, but he was the Saint, he was great as The Saint but I could never see him as James Bond, I always saw The Saint  Peirce Brosnan was good too. Moontanman Posted November 14, 2008 Report Posted November 14, 2008  lol, apparently not.. but seriously, i don't feel deprived at all. Of course you don't, if you've never tasted Honey how can you miss it? Try and watch "Diamonds Are Forever" before you decide. Quote
Tormod Posted November 14, 2008 Report Posted November 14, 2008 I will admit to liking the more hard core action double-O, so I'm giving my vote to Daniel Craig. My wife loves 007 and I think Sean Connery is her all-time favorite. She can watch the movies over and over, and of *course* at least one of the channels over here will be showing at least one Bond movie every Friday evening... Quote
Janus Posted November 14, 2008 Report Posted November 14, 2008 i must be the only person on the planet that's never seen a bond movie. :phones: Is that even humanly possible?! Quote
iViolet Posted November 14, 2008 Report Posted November 14, 2008 Is that even humanly possible?!indeed it is.. :phones: the character just never really caught my attention or interest. @ moontanman: thanks for the movie tip. :D Quote
Moontanman Posted November 15, 2008 Report Posted November 15, 2008 Hey lets give a shout out to the Bond Girls, my personal fav was Halle Berry as Jinx but I have to give a nod to Lois Chiles as Holly Goodhead for the best name. Quote
