Hello and Regards from Saurabh,

 

I want to see the morphology of bacteria on steel surface. We have synthesize a nanowater with antibacterial property. Want to test it by growing bacteria (say ecoli) on glass or steel surface. (want to know is it possible to grow them on such hard surface).

Also want to know what dye solution I should use to stain them so they may be visible under microscope (light or fluorescence microscope).
