stonneflute Posted December 15, 2008 Report Posted December 15, 2008 I bought a registry booster from Uniblue and that's fine. Then I saw a package called PowerSuite. In attempting to find out the cost of this suite I had to go through the shopping program. Now I am billed for both and RegistryBooster is included in Powersuite. All attempts the get a refund, (all items include a 30 day money back guarentee) have been met with more advertisements to buy more stuff from Uniblue. Can't find a number to call and I am at a loss. Literally. I know I should have used paypal but I didn't. Bank of America says I have to go to Uniblue which bills through Cleverbrigde. Has anyone else dealt with this company? ;) [email protected] Quote
logy Posted December 26, 2008 Report Posted December 26, 2008 here's the contact detyails for uniblue: Head Office Dun Karm streetB'Kara ByPass,B'KaraBKR9037MaltaEurope Tel: +356 2327 5000Fax: +356 2131 8998 its from Uniblue - Software Made Easy my advise will be to contact them and say and you are not interested in any of their software and since they have a omney back guarantee, tell them that if they do not refund you, you will contact your bank and dispute the charge (they don't have to know that you have done that already and the bank sent you back to them). i don't know this company in particular but my experience has tought me that if you are determined enough, you usually get your money back, but they will say or do anything in order to prevent that from happening, hence all the advertising. a little persistance can go a long way IMHO Quote
