Is Nimtz and Stahlhofen’s FTL signaling for real?

This experiment seems to show that the speed of light has been broken, is this effect real and what do the results portent for our understanding of how the universe works?

if they are real it would turn a fair bit of physics on its head. i find it hard to beleive they are real because relativity, both special and general, have been testedquite thoroughly over the ages but you never know =) if others can replicate it then there are very interesting times ahead

I think the telegraph journalist has, as often happens, a bit overstated what the authors meant. A little search on arxiv:
