Happy Birthday friend- you are along time dead, make the best of it!

Hmmm, along time dead? Not sure what that means but I do appreceate the b-day wishes guys and gals, I had a good time last night eating pizza and drinking beer, great way to spend my birthday!

I think what our g'donya down-under friend Michael, Michael, is saying, is that when you compare the amount of time you're going to be alive to the amount of time you're going to be dead, the amount of dead time is longer.

Eat, drink, and be merry, for tomorrow we die. :pizza: :friday: :rotfl: :rip:

Happy 54th, MTM! The 5 year headstart you have on me doesn’t seem like much as it would have at 12 vs. 17 :friday:

That, and gifts/loot/a haul.

If you’re cunning or lucky enough to maintain your gifting tradition, one of the advantages to age is that people tend to think that the older you are, the better stuff they’ve gotta give you.

Thanks Craig, unfortunately while growing up everyone seemed to think my birthday was too close to Christmas to justify giving big gifts and it seems to have followed me to age 54. Hey but I did have a good time!
