Turtle Posted January 29, 2009 Report Posted January 29, 2009 Just a note to point out that there is good evidence that the Siberian eruptions resulted from shock waves delivered by antipodal focusing from a major space rock impact on the opposite side of the world. (300 km crater is in Antartica under ice) Using the phrase "global warming" to associate that event with today's conditions is not simply lipstick on a pig, it's a bad shade of lipstick and it's on a possum.
