This was in Good Weekend a free mag. that comes with the Sydney Morning Herald.

The article (I NOV) was about the "The Diagram" prize for books

Very LOL

It stared to help prevent boredom at Frankfurt book fair

. One had to find the book with the most unlikely title

2006 Runners up included

100 Years of British Rail Catering.

50 New Poodle Grooming styles

Proceedings of the Second International Workshop on Nude Mice

Knitting with Dog Hair

Nuclear War What's in it for You?.

Do-it-yourself brain surgery & other home skills

Medical books apparently didn't even have to try hard

A Pictorial book of Tongue Coatings (I'd actually like to read see that)

Bowel Disease:A Personal view

Hot topics in Urology

Practical Infectious Diseases

Sex Instructions for Irish Farmers

But the outright 2006 winner (Terry Pratchett would approve) was

The Stray Shopping Carts of Eastern North America: A Guide to Field Identification.

Any suggestions additions to the list?

Only two rules:- they have to be silly and it is preferable that you have not read them (otherwise the title may make sense) :)

The international prize is a 'passable' bottle of Red wine.
