No caffeine in my particular toothpaste but it might be nerve stimulation (Not the molars/ premolars but incisors/ canines position and it might work if I stimulated the roof of my mouth because it is very sensitive to touch outside of brushing i.e. tongue/ finger stimulation of the area) Quote
