paigetheoracle Posted May 27, 2009 Report Posted May 27, 2009 I want to produce a video to put on You Tube but don't know where to get software (I've got an iMac) that will allow sound to be added to a slide show I want to do. I can get Quicktime but I've been informed that it only allows one show and I want to create a minimum of two: I've tried Apple discussion boards but got nowhere, with my question just disappearing under a myriad of other threads and posts (Mac support? If I had two broken legs and two broken arms, I'd still be lying on the floor with their help!:phones:). If I can't get suitable software for my headset, so I can do a narration, could I import it over a slide show without this facility? Anyway you guys usually come up with some form of help and at least I know here I get replies, so I'm trying here again for info. Thanks in advance, even if it gets me nowhere (yes I am a pessimist!). Quote
freeztar Posted May 29, 2009 Report Posted May 29, 2009 I thought Macs came with video software, I forget what it's called, iVideo? :eek_big: You need some form of video editing software that allows an audio track (most do). From there, it's simply a matter of video and audio editing. I can help with the editing part, but I have no idea what free video editing software you have access to as a Mac user. Quote
