This is basically a statement about the reliability of their online services. They have been increasingly trying to bring the software services offered by companies like Microsoft to the world of the Web. They acquired writely to provide Office-like services, pioneered Gmail to do email, and calendar, and created Google Talk that is progressively showing the power of web-based IM systems, meaning everything is with you as long as you have access to the INTERNET. read more on this here Quote
