There is nothing wrong with that picture. It has a very large wing on its keel that looks like rocks, but is in fact very buoyant. It is actually floating near the shore as designed in this photo.

Actually, it rather looks like Lake Travis here in Austin right now. We've been hit so hard by drought that a lot of boats are no longer in water... the lake levels have gone so far down, the boats are sitting on dirt.

Also, we've found a bunch of stolen vehicles which had been put into the water... vehicles we can only see now since lake levels are so low.

We keep things classy, here in Austin.

With lake levels declining because of drought, vehicles lost for years underwater have begun reappearing.

Today the Travis County Sheriff’s Office removed two vehicles near Pace Bend Park by Lake Travis. They picked up a Kawasaki motorcycle reported stolen in June and a 1978 Chevrolet Monte Carlo.

Three weeks ago they towed out a two-door 1984 300 ZX Nissan, reported stolen in 1988 in the City of Austin.

“Hopefully that’s all of them,” said Roger Wade, a spokesman for the Travis County Sheriff’s Office. “There’s no way of telling at this point.”
