Uh didn't we already go over this once? It's a colony of tubifex worms....

 

I don't know? I haven't been around lately and haven't been kept up to date with all the latest threads.

It does look creepy, if the camera was a better definition and closer you could see the individual worms, they are about as thick as a hair to 1mm depending on whether or not they are stretched out or not. The apparent movement is due to the heat from the camera lights.
