Yes, even my birthday anniversary wont rid you of a totally random rant on a topic that most people don't care about, but will gladly discuss, because they like me, or argue because they don't, or they are impartial, because they just dont care, but will make a random comment because they feel like typing something, perhaps just because they are bored. Whatever the case, yes, even today thou shalt not escape my ranting

So firstly "Birth Day", a totally obsurd celebration of one's birth, personally i think Mom's deserve a big thumbs up, they are the ones that had to work it, why the hell does a product of that labor gets to be celebrated. I think that should we decide to celebrate that momentous occasion, we should congratulate moms, not the kids, so Hypo Moms (and there are a few here) Happy My Birthday Anniversary :eek_big:

Secondly, the saying "Happy birthday" is wrong, it is historically incorrect, think about it, that saying celebrates the moment of birth, not an occasion that is celebrated annually that refer to those events. It is therefore much more correct to say "Happy Birthday Anniversary", because that has a proper historic note that makes the celebration not of the event, but the rememberence of thereof.

Thirdly, why in the world do we celebrate this stupid crap? Most, over 98% of people will never do anything signifficant enough to be remembered for anything (good), therefore, why do we, throughout their lives celebrate the anniversary of their birth, they are nothing special, they dont get treated specailly any other day, so why do we "pretend" that they are somehow more important on the day they were squeezed out of their mom, after 9 months of actually being a separate living organism with a complete set of DNA that identified what that organism became.

And most of all, who invented this notion that someone expects gifts and appreciacion on this day? You should be thankful to be alive, you should GIVE not be given, you should bring joy and fun in other people's lives, not demand special treatment and expect or even request "presents"...

So, these are but a few of my points of thought on the subject of birthday anniversaries, wondering if anyone has anything to add, agree or disagree...

Lastly once again, Moms, thank you for being moms, you guys rock, you got waay more balls then the men to do what you did :hyper:

Happy My Birthday Anniversary to yall

Happy B-day Alex, puberty's a ***** isn't it :eek_big: yeah, I always call my mom on my b-day, you know, just to remind her of how lucky she was to have me  Seriously dude happy b-day, I wish you many many more.....

ofcourse its not, pam, not even the 36 hours of hell, i appreciate the whole ordeal, the sleeping with the toilet, the back pains, the food crunches, the commitment and avoidance, the crazy mood swings, all of it (i had my best friend go through it twice, so i have a brief understanding and a decent appreciation :hyper: of how it all works)

Pam, i'd love to come over for dinner... but are you really ready for me to move in for a few months, because you know i wont leave for a couple of months, and i know you wont let me leave for a few more  not until we exhaust all the topics to talk about, all the food to make and drink, and catch up :eek_big:

I don't know dude, you live awfully deep in Yankee land, they say Yankees can take a simple southern boy and fill his mind full of stuff that makes him crazy. We speak different languages too ;) Then again you guys do have some very interesting seafood up there and I am always up for seafood.... Do they sell tequila up there or do we drink it all here?

I am on a seafood diet, I see food and I eat it! :hihi:
