Moon is worshiped as God since ancient civilizations.

Some Scientist even claim that because of Moon Life was and is able to survive.

In many traditions it still is being worshiped as god.

Man landed on moon a few decades ago.

And now they say they find Water Molecules on the moon.

When they don't know the nature of the nearest "Heavenly Body The Moon"

How can they predict the nature and core of the stars and other planets ??

These people even go to mars to see for water but when they don't know what our Moon contains in its belly " What Exactly Do these People Know about the rest of the Universe"

I think your questions are based on a few presumptions that are incorrect.

Proximity to the body being studied does not directly determine the ease of studying that body. Distant stars conveniently broadcast their makeup continuously, which can be quite accurately determined through Electromagnetic spectroscopy - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

It has long been thought that the moon contained small amounts of water buried deeply enough that it was shielded from evaporation. Previous radar scannings of the moon showed high levels of hydrogen, which might have been evidence of the presence of water. Try this wikipedia article for a basic overview of our attempts at discovering the amount of lunar water that may be present.

If your premise was correct, that because Mars is further from us than the moon, we must therefor know more about the moon than Mars, then our relatively non-existent knowledge of the deep ocean environments would mean that we couldn't possibly know much about the moon or more distant bodies. In actual fact, what we know about extra-terrestrial bodies is influenced by the ease of getting that information, and the level of interest that scientists have in studying those bodies, not primarily by the distance to those bodies.
